Heat treatment –
Hardening
To ensure quality independently, we have our own hardening shop.
- Hardening, tempering
- Gas carbonitriding
- Case hardening,
- Induction hardening,
- and various other processes.
In our hardening shop, using chamber furnaces (continuous furnaces), we carry out heat treatment and thermochemical treatment (tempering, carburising, hardening, tempering and carbonitriding) of flat and round chain components (links, pins, rollers, sleeves, etc.). We also have rotary furnaces (retort furnaces) for the heat treatment of small parts, as well as complex systems for washing and drying parts.
- Rapid cooling using quenching oils
- Net load/batch size from 200 to 600 kg
- Chamber dimensions 1175 x 720 x 1150 mm
- Temperature range 760–950 °C
